What Can I Expect?

Sonrise_FrontWhere Do I Park?

You can park anywhere around the building in the parking lot.

What Happens When I Arrive?

We always leave some front spots open for our guests so feel free to park up front and to enter at any entrance. You’ll be greeted at the door and given a Sunday bulletin. We also have freshly brewed hot coffee, tea and pastries in the lobby for you to enjoy while you wait for service to begin. Our greeters will be happy to help you find the right classroom for your children or to get seated in the auditorium or answer any questions you may have.

What About the Kids?

We have classes available for children during all of our services. We love children and desire to see them know God and the Bible. As well, we value teaching them to honor their parents. Our classes and children’s ministry personnel are ready to serve your children well! Following the second service your children ages 3 through 6th grade will be ushered in to join you in our corporate musical worship time.

What About Babies?

We love babies! If you have small children, we welcome you to bring them. We have a great nursery facility for infants through 36 months and loving workers to serve both you and your baby. If you would like to keep your baby in the service, you are welcome to do that as well. There is a private nursing room for mothers.

What are Your Worship Services Like

IMG_1825-3Our services are designed to maximize the possibility of your hearing a message from the Bible in a way that you can walk away and immediately apply it in your life situation. Our music worship team lead us both at the beginning and end of the service in pieces that complement the message. Our primary concern is that God is honored in the way we worship Him through careful handling of the Bible text, music, and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

Do You Embarrass Guests During the Service?

Not if we can help it! We generally don’t point out our guests during the service, or ask them to stand up.  But one of our greeters will present you with a gift bag of Sonrise coffee that was blended right here in Ozark as well as a simple Visitor Information Card that we ask for you to fill out and drop in the offering box near the auditorium exit or give back to the greeter.  The information helps us keep track of where our visitors come from, what their needs are, and if they’d like to know more about the church.  We may send you a letter to thank you for coming.
