Wayne is married to wife Melissa (August 1993). Wayne and Melissa live in the community of Ozark. They have two sons, Jack Michael (Feb 2002) and Nicholas Todd (March 2006). Wayne enjoys spending time with family, playing sports, and landscaping.

Ministry
Presently, he serves as one of the pastors of Sonrise Baptist Church in Ozark, Missouri located south of Springfield.
